My name is Ciara, and as a VTCT Level 3 qualified skin specialist and MSTA graduate with a background in Hypnotherapy and Somatic Coaching, I provide advanced facials and medical-grade skin treatments, as well as skin and gut health coaching designed to deliver targeted results and help you achieve the skin you've always dreamed of. Well, that’s simple: to help you feel confident and beautiful in your own skin. What started as relaxing, holistic facials as part of my hypnotherapy and wellbeing clinic became a passion for healing skin from the inside out, helping women feel lit from within and allowing them to actually figure out exactly what’s going on on the inside and why it’s showing up on the outside… It quickly grew into a space of functional holistics - a place where expertise meets care. With years of training and a commitment to excellence, I pride myself on creating bespoke treatments that deliver real, lasting results. Every service is designed with you in mind, ensuring that your journey to healthy, radiant skin is as rewarding as the results themselves.

Of course! I offer a bespoke facial which is tailored to your unique needs on the day, we will have a chat to make sure you’re getting the right treatment then we can go ahead with your facial.

We work together over a 3 month period to get to the root of your skincare concerns and work towards achieving your goals - your programme is tailored to your specific needs and includes coaching, root cause therapy and virtual facials. It also includes education around products and routines, downloadable materials to help you with skin health, gut health and even nutrition and a welcome pack - PLUS your first homecare products come as standard, compliments of Avenue C.

Yes! I have a bespoke bridal skincare lounge dedicated to helping you create camera ready skin so you’re confident to have all eyes (and flashing lights) on you throughout your big day. I have different packages to suit different timelines and budgets, and we purposefully plan the package just for you. Get in touch to chat!
