I often tell my clients - once is a treat, four is a treatment - and this truly is part of my overall ethos and mainly why I created the membership - so you can stay consistent and hold yourself accountable in achieving your skin goals, slowing down the aging process and creating amazing results without inconsistency and disruptions to your progress.
Consistency, care and long term commitment will bring you so much more benefits than the odd quick fix or impulsive appointment - especially as the skin starts to age, cell turnover starts to slow and collagen levels start to drop after the age of 25 ( yes, you read that right!) Many of my long term clients achieve results on such a scale they barely recognise their skin in the mirror and I often get new clients coming onboard who tell me they found me through an existing client in the girls bathroom when they couldn’t help but compliment their clear, glowing skin! I believe firmly that clear, glowing skin can be achieved without the need for regular injectables if you’re early on your preventative skincare - but also that regular facial appointments can benefit your existing injectables if that’s what stage you’re at, by prolonging the quality of your glow - resulting in needing them less. As a preventative measure or as an add on - your in-clinic membership will benefit you greatly in this way.

No, you cannot accumulate facials - they must be used within the 30 day billing period window. This is to encourage you to stay consistent with your skincare journey and make the most of your results. I understand life happens and so one grace period ( 1 rollover) per year can be allowed in extenuating circumstances, but is at the discretion of Avenue C and cannot be guaranteed.

After your initial 3 month commitment period, you can cancel at any time - you must cancel in advance as you will be charged for your last 30 day billing cycle. Please get in touch with 1 months notice in writing via email to cancel your subscription - this will then be cancelled at the end of the next billing cycle.

No, all sales are final due to the nature of the membership. It is your responsibility to use your allowance throughout your pre paid year and if you fail to do so, Avenue C can not be held responsible for any lost allowances. You also cannot ask for extra time or any rollover credit as it is part of your terms and conditions that you must use your facial allowance within each current 30 day period over the 12 months.

You will have a 14 day cooling off period in order to change your mind. Outside of this all sales are final. Should you change your mind the cost of your initial consultation and free gift will be deducted from your refund. If you have already used your first monthly treatment allowance this voids the cooling off period due to you having already received your services. You are agreeing to this upon sign up.

This is a rolling subscription and will auto renew each month - you are required to commit to an initial 3 month period. You will automatically be charged each month until cancelled. Should you take an annual plan your membership will renew after each 12 month cycle until cancelled.

Should you wish to cancel email avenuec.ciara@gmail.com and we can help you from there. You must give 30 days notice in writing via email and then your subscription will end at the end of your next billing cycle.

No, your membership is non transferable and cannot be given to anyone else to use - any unused or missed appointments will be lost.

This will be treated the same as any other appointment as per the Avenue C Salon Policies and will void your treatment allowance for that month. Failure to cancel within the 48 hour period, or not showing up will result in a 100% cost of the treatment occurring - should you turn up more than 20 minutes late this also could result in you losing your credit as the salon schedule cannot run behind as to accommodate all paying clients that day.
